My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are well-finished, with a lovely view and balcony overlooking the main street. I appreciated the complimentary mini-bar with a selection of soft drinks. The service was a mix of incredibly friendly staff at the business lounge and Olivera Restaurant with a positive energy but also some rudeness from other members. The location is superb, in the heart of Kiev with everything within walking distance. The dining options were diverse and satisfying. Overall, it was an expensive but high-quality stay.

The view from the room was great, and I enjoyed the small balcony for some fresh air; however, the location was a bit stuffed in the farthest corner of a deep basement.
